The clutch bags are in the shop! Hurrah!  Part of my new Needle&Pin range ('gin' in rhyming Cockney slang)  Embroidered on Lamb's Leather, they are a lovely, soft, supple, shiny treat for any outfit.  AND they can be cutts-stomised! (see what I did there?!?) Thread colours can change to match your shoes, dress, top hat.  And with many more designs to come, watch this space!

The first embroidered blanket is complete! Huzzah! This one is based on drawings I did in the British Museum of Roman coins.  And one can never have too much fluorescent in one's life, obvs.

I managed to make it out of the studio the other day, (naturally in search of gin), and popped into the Barbican to see Magnificent Obsessions: The Artist as a Collector.  It was so lovely to see that I am not the only one who hoards!  I particularly loved Pae White's collection of Vera Newman scarves and prints, all hung from a series of washing lines.  How to immerse yourself in fabric!  If you get a chance pop along.  I believe there may be a gin joint on the second floor…
